Charlize demands TV snog
Sunday Mirror, Feb 25, 2007 by JULIAN BROUWER
IRISH hunk Stuart Townsend watched aghast as his beautiful girlfriend, actress Charlize Theron, demanded a snog from one of America's most popular TV news anchors.
Oscar winner Charlize was in the middle of an interview with TV newsman, Rick Sanchez, when she made light of her recent trip to Cuba where she produced new hip hop movie East of Havana.
The South African-born actress then annoyed Sanchez when she compared the freedoms of Hollywood to those she experienced in communist Cuba.
Then when Sanchez suggested the actress had a low opinion of America, she tried to change the subject by saying: "I want to make out with you right now."
Sanchez ignored the comment but later called it "a way for a beautiful woman to get a guy to change the subject".
Now Charlize is being accused of being "anti- American" and may face a blacklisting from the Hollywood A-list.
