FERRARI has been voted the best place to work in Europe by the Great Place To Work Institute. The company had already won the Italian title.

The company, which controls the Maserati brand, is based in Modena in Italy and has been building cars since 1947. The Great Place to Work Institute is a US-based research and management consultancy group which was founded in 1991. The institute praised Ferrari for its commitment to training, its human resources focus and the pride the workers feel for the product they build. Abbott Laboratories in Ireland came third.
