SEBASTIAN Loeb has won his fifth Monte Carlo rally and the first round of the 2008 World Rally Championship.
Loeb dominated the event, eventually bringing his Citroen home two minutes and 34 seconds ahead of Mikko Hirvonen in the Ford Focus WRC.
Hirvonen, in his first rally as Ford's number one driver, finished second ahead of Chris Atkinson in the Subaru Impreza WRC.
