THE prosecutor investigating the murder of British student Meredith Kercher has been charged with abuse of power after he allegedly tapped the phones of journalists and police officers.
Giuliano Mignini was charged with Michele Giuttari, the former head of a unit involved in investigating a serial killer who terrorised Florence for 15 years.
