Sunday Mirror,  May 11, 2008

TRAGIC Nicole Greene died trying to save her beloved dogs - now animal welfare bosses are sending them to England to find new homes.

Nicole, 50, had escaped a deadly fire at her Waterford home, but went back in to rescue the pups.

A Waterford Animal Welfare spokesman said a UKshelter could take better care of the dogs some of which need special care.
