AND one lucky person who might get to experience the latest Corrigan restaurant is Mountjoy prison resident Dean O'Driscoll.
The 22-year-old Cabra man is due to be released in October and big-hearted Corrigan has promised to give the young criminal a job in his new restaurant.
The two met when Richard was recording the first series of 'Corrigan knows Food' and he did a show with the prisoners. He was struck by the talent and ability of young Dean, who is taking a cookery course.
"I would give him a job, certainly," said Richard. "He's an intelligent, bright young man. He's got talent and he's just a human being who made the wrong turn in life."
Corrigan Knows Food starts tonight on RTE 1 at 7.30pm.
