MORE news on the DPT economy module I told you about last week. I've now had one fitted to my oil-burning Range Rover and early indications suggest that economy has improved from 23.4mpg to 29.8mpg. If I drive like Sister Wendy, I can get the trip to nudge over 30. Given the remarkable results I've had on my Jag as well, it looks like this pounds 300 black box will pay for itself in less than a year at today's derv prices.
As far as I'm concerned, It is the only diesel economy device that really works.
