MURPHY is pleased to see that even though most people's economy is in the toilet, the good burghers of Horse Racing Ireland are still able to flash the cash.
The horsey set are looking for a EUR200million loan - which will not be secured against any of their property.
The cash is, of course, to improve racecourses across the country.
But, amazingly, HRI is not planning to repay the loan in full until 2025.
