ROSES GROW ON YOU

0 Comments | Sunday Mirror, Dec 28, 2008

GIVE your garden a new dimension by filling the air with swags of climbing roses. It's easy to achieve by suspending thick rope between tall posts and they can be used as a backdrop to a long border, to create an arch over a pathway or as a curtain of blooms over a sitting area. Choose sunny sites for planting roses, and space the posts 8ft apart.

Make sure the posts and swags do not block views and don't make your loops between the posts too slack or too tight.
