LYING on the floor, bend your legs with hands behind your head. Keep elbows high and wide. Separate your knees at hip distance. Make a cycling motion (below), stretching as far as you can while swivelling your shoulders from side to side so your elbows touch alternate knees. Do 20 revolutions, then repeat the move eight times. Finally, pull your knees into your chest and hug.
