Hyundai to start production of monitors in Russia

In a few months, Hyundai ImageQuest intends to start producing liquid crystal display (LCD) monitors in Russia. The South Korean company's Russian office said that it would produce the monitors in cooperation with Russia's Compulink, which produces also CLR monitors, Interfax reported.

By the end of the current year, Hyundai aims to produce about 5,000 LCD monitors. In addition, the South Korean firm is considering to begin production of liquid crystal display televisions in Russia by the end of this year.
