Renault Increases Russia Sales By 44 Percent

Renault sold 8,701 cars through its official Russian dealerships in January-September 2003, up 44 percent year-on-year, Avtoframos, the Russian-French joint venture that represents Renault in Russia, said.
The figure includes imports and Symbol cars assembled at Avtoframos, which is owned by Renault and the Moscow government. The bestseller was the Symbol with sales of about 4,000, around a third of which were assembled in Russia. - (EMEconomy.com)
