China's GDP growth in second quarter to exceed 11%

China's GDP growth in the second quarter will exceed 11%, higher than 10.5% last year, the Ministry of Commerce said. The GDP growth in the second half year is expected to decline to around 8.5%, and the growth in the year will be 9.2%, which remain the same level to that of the previous year.
