Decision Consultants forms IT services partnership with India-based

Information Technology services provider Decision Consultants, Inc. (DCI), has formed a partnership with Indchem Software Technologies, Limited to create an Indchem-staffed and DCI-managed performance center in Indchem's Chennai, India facilities.

The partnership agreement provides for exclusivity between DCI and Indchem, with DCI as Indchem's sole US partner and Indchem as DCI's sole Indian partner.

Southfield, Mich.-based DCI provides application outsourcing, application development and value added staffing solutions to a variety of companies and governmental bodies throughout North America. DCI has nine branch offices, one offshore and two domestic performance centers and more than 1,100 employees.

Indchem Software is a subsidiary of Chennai-based Sanmar Group, and its associate India Cements. Sanmar is one of Southern India's largest industrial conglomerates, with joint ventures in PVC/ chlorochemicals and specialty chemicals; shipping; engineering, and insurance. The group and its associates comprise a $600 million business. Indchem has recently begun providing solutions to Sanmar's numerous joint venture partners.
