Alcatel teams with Chinese websites to provide mobile content

Alcatel announced it has teamed up with five leading domestic Chinese Websites to provide special mobile contents for users of its newly introduced wireless application protocol, OneTouch511, according to a report in the China Economic News Network.
"We have teamed up with domestic Websites sina.com, netease.com, sohu.com, elong.com and linktone.com," said He Wenjin, product manager of Alcatel's China Mobile Phone Division.
Meanwhile, sina.com and netease.com will provide technology and content support for Alcatel handset's short message, ring music and download services. -(World IT Report)
