Tomen Corporation is the main contractor of the proposed 15-story technical center, with Sumitomo Construction Philippines as the general contractor. The building is scheduled for completion by August next year.

Globe signed a loan contract with Global Bank and Rizal Commercial Banking Corp. last June 7 and June 5, respectively, to finance the project.

The telepark will be outfitted with the most sophisticated equipment and will be scalable to handle future technological developments.
