Digital China to sell Kejian cellular handsets

Digital China Holdings Limited announced an agreement with Chinese cellular handset manufacturer, Kejian Co. Ltd, whereby Digital China will serve as a sales agent for Keijan's new series of cell phones.
Digital China Holdings Limited, the publicly traded sales and distribution branch of Legend Holdings Limited, was rumored to have been in negotiations to purchase a stake in Chinese Academy of Science- owned China Keijan, however the deal apparently fell through.
