Malaysia's Genting Implements Siebel E-Business Applications
World IT Report, Apr 10, 2003
Siebel Systems Inc announced that Genting, Malaysia's premier leisure and hospitality company, has implemented Siebel e-business applications.
The use of Siebel Call Centre and Siebel Sales, and others, would allow the Genting Group to create a single, comprehensive view of each customer relationship, enhancing its ability to identify, win, and retain customers, Siebel said in a statement last week.
The Malaysian company can now standardise the process for storing and managing its customer data, including information from its two categories of customers - loyalty members and non-members, Siebel said. - (World IT Report.com)
