World IT Report, Sep 22, 2004

With more than 150 restaurants operating in 32 states and plans for additional locations this year, P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. has a rapidly expanding business in the appealing Asian dining niche. To help support the company's growth, P.F. Chang's has chosen to deploy Aloha eServices technology from Radiant Systems.

Aloha eServices provides technology solutions that support its full-service P.F. Chang's China Bistro concept as well as its quick- casual Pei Wei Asian Diners. Radiant's solution for P.F. Chang's includes the Aloha eCard Service for gift cards and Aloha Enterprise.com Service for enterprise reporting.

"Our history with P.F. Chang's China Bistro led to a new scope of the relationship where their team is now entrusting us to a larger responsibility around management reporting and enhancing the customer experience," said Andy Heyman, president of the Radiant Hospitality Division. "Aloha eServices provides a way for restaurant management teams to proactively manage the enterprise with real-time information from a single source. Radiant has a close partnership with P.F. Chang's China Bistro, and we're looking forward to continuing to execute on their key technology initiatives."

Aloha eServices includes multiple applications which are fully integrated with the company's Aloha point-of-sale system. Aloha eCard will provide P.F. Chang's China Bistro an enterprise gift card solution. The application provides sales, voids and redemptions through the existing Aloha point-of-sale system as well as easy-to- read guest receipts with the card holder's current balance information.
