Biedrins sings blues from free-throw line

Unfortunately for the Warriors, David Hasselhoff's musical career didn't take off in Latvia as it did in Germany.

So while Dallas Mavericks star and Wurzburg native Dirk Nowitzki sings Hasselhoff's mega-smash "Looking For Freedom" to keep himself calm and composed at the free-throw line, Riga-born center Andris Biedrins has yet to discover such a foul shot lullaby.

Unless you consider the sound of a ball clanking off the iron to be a tune.

Biedrins pulled down exactly 1,000 minutes for Golden State last season primarily on the strength of his offensive rebounding and ability to catch tough passes for open dunks.

But if he's going to supplant Adonal Foyle and fend off the challenge from rookies Patrick O'Bryant and Kosta Perovic as the biggest of Golden State's big men, he must improve his
