BREAKING NEWS: Small quake hits East Oakland

OAKLAND - A small earthquake jolted the city Sunday night.
No damage was reported.
The quake measured 2.8 on the Richter scale and hit at 8:46 p.m., according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
It was centered in East Oakland, about one half mile from the intersection of MacArthur Boulevard and 35th Avenue.
