IRS agent testifies in BALCO case

Arnold manufactured the designer steroid THG, also known as the "clear," and testified earlier in the trial that he supplied the powerful drug to Thomas.

During opening statements, Balogh told the jury that Thomas told the truth to the BALCO grand jury, insisting that prosecutors took her comments out of context. Balogh also told jurors that prosecutors only enlisted Thomas' testimony in the BALCO case to lure her into a perjury trap.
