Automobile club shifts jobs to Midwest

The automobile club, CSAA, confirms a major retrenchment of its call center operations in California that will eliminate 900 jobs in the Golden State, including 800 in Northern California and 300 in the East Bay. CSAA says the high cost of operating in California prompted the company to shift these call center operations to Oklahoma.
