An article on page 2A in the July 22 edition contained incorrect information on a Supreme Court case involving former Berkeley Sea Scouts' leader Eugene Evans. Evans sued the city of Berkeley after officials revoked the Scouts' free berth at the Berkeley Marina because of the Boy Scouts of America's ban on atheists and gays.
