Excellent choice

I have always admired Sen. Joe Biden. He well represents his state of Delaware and the entire United States.

I predicted he would be selected by Obama, and was extremely happy he was placed on the ticket. What he brings to the ticket is the ability, like Obama, to forcefully articulate the major issues that face this country, and Democratic Party solutions.

We need a ticket that understands the economic problems of the average American household and the proper role of the United States in world affairs. Biden's upbringing and experience make him uniquely qualified to fill that role.

Biden is the original "straight talker." The Sunday news shows often have Biden on to explain Democratic Party positions on the hot issues of the moment.

He also has strong family values and character, like his running mate. It will be a pleasure to watch Obama and Biden out on the campaign trail.

They are intelligent and charismatic, and best of all have the wisdom and experience this country will need in the next four years.
