"... when a shopper going into a grocery store will offer to take your cart after you're done loading your car, so you don't have to walk it to the cart storage area.

"... that even though we now have a law in California that says you can't talk on your cell phone in the car unless you use hands- free devices, I still count 20 or more careless drivers every single day holding their cell phone to their ear. I think there should be a special $500 fine for the "texter" for putting us in even worse danger.
