Friends of the Lafayette Library Book Sale -- 9 a.m.-noon first and third Saturdays monthly. Lafayette Community Center, 500 St. Marys Road.

-- Books for the Homebound -- A free service for people of all ages who are unable to leave their homes, who live in an institution or senior housing facility or who otherwise cannot personally check out library materials. Through the program, a library volunteer selects and delivers library materials.
