- ASA hires Draskovich --- ASA Marketing Group Inc., Topeka, has hired Cindy Draskovich as agency media director.
Draskovich was formerly with KLZR/KLWN Radio in Lawrence, where she was traffic and business manager. She also has experience as a regional broadcast engineer for ESPN and as a video producer for KMCI- TV.
Draskovich manages all print, broadcast and e-commerce media placement and traffic generated by the advertising and marketing departments at ASA. She has a bachelor's degree from Baker University and lives in Lawrence.
- Window Fashions by Debi opens --- Debi Hubert recently opened Window Fashions by Debi at 2423 S.E. Saturn Drive in Topeka.
Window Fashions by Debi provides shop-at-home window treatment service, including top-quality Hunter Douglas window blinds. The business offers discount prices including free estimates, free measuring and free installation. Evening and weekend appointments are available. The business has three employees.

- Charlton Manley expands management --- Charlton Manley Inc., a Lawrence-based insurance agency, has expanded its management team.
Stephen J. Wanamaker was elected president of the corporation. He had been executive vice president since 1993 and has been active in the industry since 1973. He is a commercial property and casualty insurance producer.
Robert C. Johnson Jr. was named senior vice president of producer development. He will recruit, train and develop new insurance agents for Charlton Manley. He joined the agency in 1985 and became a vice president in 1990. His primary responsibility is commercial insurance production.
J. Scot Buxton was appointed senior vice president of sales management. He will assume sales management and responsibilities previously handled by Wanamaker. He joined the company in 1984 and became a vice president in 1992. He specializes in the area of group benefits.
Duane E. Becker was named vice president of insurance operations. He joined the company in 1997 and has 24 years of experience in the industry. He will oversee the commercial and personal insurance divisions of the agency.
Gary D. Wanamaker will continue in his role of chief operating officer and chief financial officer. Gary Sollars will also continue as chief executive officer of the company.
Charlton Manley has offices in Lawrence, Topeka and Overland Park.
- Proctor promoted at Fidelity --- Jana Proctor has been promoted to senior vice president and cashier at Fidelity State Bank & Trust.
Proctor was vice president and cashier. She joined Fidelity in 1988 as a branch bank manager. She is also chief operating officer and is a graduate of the School of Banking Bank Compliance School. She and her husband, Rod, live in Topeka.
- Tenholder, Hubbard join Sagebrush --- Janet Tenholder and Tara Hubbard have joined Sagebrush Operations, 2101 N. Topeka Blvd.
