A memorial service and private inurnment in Burlington will be announced later. Mrs. Woods was cremated. Danner Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
The family suggests memorials in Mrs. Woods' name be made to the donor's choice.

PAXICO --- James Louis Wurtz, 67, Paxico, died Tuesday, Sept. 26, 2000, at his home.
Among survivors is his wife, Carolyn Jane Hesse Wurtz, at home.
Services will be announced by Stewart Funeral Home in Alma.
