443....600 blk S.W. Summit....burglary; theft....2-4 p.m., 9/ 3....800 S.W. 6th....theft....8 a.m.-2:15 p.m., 8/16-20 Topeka High School reported being the victim of the crime.
446 2300 blk S.W. Gage....drug arrest....12:30-12:45 p.m., 9/4 Police made an arrest in connection with misdemeanor crimes of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. They seized 17.15 grams of marijuana.
....3400 blk S.W. Clare....felony arrest....2:11 p.m. 9/4 Police arrested Andrew J. Dulan, 41, of 1217 S.W. Lincoln, in connection with driving under the influence, which is a felony because it was a third conviction, driving on a suspended license and driving as a habitual violator.
