She married Henry Wagoner on Sept. 23, 1947. He survives.
Other survivors include two sons, Dr. Jack Wagoner, Ann Arbor, Mich., and Jerry Wagoner, Osborne; two daughters, Linda Gros, Clay Center, and Tricia Rotman, Arvada, Colo.; nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Wagoner was preceded in death by a grandson.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the United Methodist Church in Clay Center. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery in Clay Center. Mrs. Wagoner will lie in state from 3 to 8 p.m. today at Neill-Schwensen-Rook Funeral Home in Clay Center.
Memorial contributions may be made to CASA and sent in care of the funeral home.
Ona Wells
MERIDEN --- Ona Lorraine Wells, 68, Meriden, died Thursday, Sept. 26, 2002, at her home.
Services will be announced by Parker-Price Mortuary in Topeka. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery in Topeka.
Ted Foster
BURLINGTON --- Theodore R. "Ted" Foster, 95, Burlington, died Thursday, Sept. 26, 2002, at a Burlington care center.
Mr. Foster was a pharmacist and owned and operated Foster Pharmacy in Waverly for eight years and then in downtown Burlington for 22 years. He served as mayor of Burlington from 1969 to 1975. He was a Navy veteran of World War II.
He was born Oct. 2, 1906, in Waverly, the son of Elijah D. and Ida Jane Patterson Foster. He lived in Alamo, Texas, from 1982 until he moved back to Burlington in 1992.
Mr. Foster was a member of Burlington United Methodist Church, past master of Waverly Lodge No. 244 AF&AM that later merged with Burlington Lodge No. 66, past matron of Martha Chapter No. 73 of the Order of the Eastern Star that later merged with LeRoy Chapter No. 83, Scottish Rite Bodies and Arab Shrine, both in Topeka, York Rite in Iola, and the Kansas Pharmaceutical Association.
He married Lucille Wert on June 10, 1931, in Ottawa. She died March 4, 2001.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Jones Funeral Home in Burlington. Burial will be in Waverly Cemetery at Waverly. Mr. Foster will lie in state at the funeral home today.

Leonard Stevens
ROCKAWAY BEACH, Mo. --- Leonard Leroy Stevens, 78, Rockaway Beach, died Wednesday, Sept. 25, 2002.
Mr. Leonard and his wife operated Stevens Cottages in Rockaway Beach for 16 years. He earlier had worked for John Morrell and Co. and Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. in Topeka. He also was a truck driver for Frito-Lay and Yellow Freight. He and his wife also owned and operated the Maid-Rite Cafe in Des Moines, Iowa. He served in the Army with Co. II 242nd Infantry from 1943 to 1946.
He was born June 28, 1924, in Redfield, Kan., the son of Roy M. and Anna Niemeier Stevens. He graduated from high school in Daytona Beach, Fla. He moved to Rockaway Beach in 1975 and had been active in community organizations and served for several terms as mayor.
He married Carol Gray on Jan. 30, 1973, in Topeka. She survives.
Other survivors include two sons, Leonard M. Stevens and William "Bill" Stevens, both of Meriden, Kan.; a stepson, Elton "Junior" Bishop, Rockaway Beach; a stepdaughter, Joette Watson, Arlington, Texas; a brother, Joseph Stevens, Fort Worth, Texas; a sister, Naomi Beemer, Valley Falls, Kan.; 15 grandchildren; and 21 great- grandchildren.
