Key Lime Pie
1 3-ounce package lime gelatin 2 cartons fat-free key lime pie yogurt 8 ounces fat free whipped topping 1 graham cracker crust (reduced fat) Lime to garnish Combine gelatin, yogurt and whipped topping. Fold into pie crust. Chill for one hour, and garnish with thin lime slices and/or whipped topping.
Swirl Cheesecake
1 reduced-fat graham cracker pie crust 2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, fat-free 1/2 cup sugar 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 cup egg substitute 1 can pie filling, divided Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs until combined. Pour into crust. Drop 1/2 can of pie filling into cream cheese mixture. With a knife, swirl pie filling through the cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Chill for 2 hours and top with remaining pie filling.
