Aeschilman, located at the main bank, 3035 S.W. Topeka Blvd., is responsible for full-service trust administration. His other duties include marketing and new business development for the investment management group.
Aeschilman is a graduate of Kansas State University with a bachelor's degree in journalism and political science. He also holds a master's of public administration degree from The University of Kansas.
Aeschilman is a major in the Kansas Army National Guard, current director of strategic planning for the Jayhawk Area Council Boy Scouts of America, on the communications committee of the United Way of Greater Topeka and is the legislative chairman for the National Guard Association of Topeka.
Doorsteps makes staff changes --- Doorstep Inc., an emergency assistance agency, has promoted Lisa Clarke to executive director. Clarke has been with the agency for nine and a half years, most recently as the associate director. She graduated from Washburn University with a bachelor's degree in social work.
Dawn Strecker has been hired as the new associate director. Strecker will interview clients, work with volunteers and give informational talk to congregations and groups. Strecker most recently worked for the Topeka Housing Authority under the drug elimination grant coordinator. Strecker has a bachelor's degree in kinesiology from Western State College of Colorado.
Lisa Lucas was promoted to intake/volunteer coordinator. Lucas joined the staff in 2002 as administrative assistant. She is responsible for recruiting and scheduling volunteers and assists clients with emergency services.
Barbara Craig has moved to office coordinator. She has been with Doorstep since 2001. Craig works closely with the volunteers and interviews clients as needed.
Kelly Grefe has been added to the staff as an administrative assistant.
