Rule, 37, of Lawrence, was arrested in connection with three Shawnee County warrants for a felony crime of burglary and misdemeanor crimes of fleeing to elude officers, obstruction, criminal damage, theft, driving with a suspended license and battery. 501 S.E. 8th jail book-in morning, 12/23 Brandon R. Bramlage, 29, of 2020 S.W. 36th, was booked into the Shawnee County Jail in connection with a felony crime of aggravated assault and a misdemeanor crime of domestic battery. 320 S. Kansas Avenue arrest morning, 12/23 Stephanie I. Culp, 41, of Lawrence, was arrested at the Law Enforcement Center, in connection with a Shawnee County warrant for a felony count of theft. 501 S.E. 8th jail book-in morning, 12/23 Thomas J. Rogers, 19, of 2408 S.W.
