Frontier Farm Credit hires three --- Janet McPherson is the new director of marketing and communications in the Frontier Farm Credit Manhattan branch.
Her duties include leading the marketing, communications and public relations activities for the association and supporting Frontier's involvement in agricultural initiatives in Kansas. She has more than 10 years experience in agricultural associations and agricultural marketing, most recently serving as national director of governmental relations for Kansas Farm Bureau. A graduate of Kansas State University's College of Agriculture, McPherson grew up in Riley county on her family's farm.

Brian Creager joined Frontier Farm Credit as a financial services officer in the Emporia office, where he will assist customers as a lending officer.
Creager worked as an agricultural agent with K-State's cooperative extension service, most recently in Lyon county. He serves as vice president of the Flint Hills Beef Fest Executive Board and maintains involvement with youth livestock programs. A Linn County native, Creager was raised on a diversified crop and livestock farm, and graduated from Kansas State University.
Ross Wilson, of Valley Center, joined the technology team as a summer intern. His duties include installing personal computers at association offices, fielding help desk calls and supporting technology needs for other association projects.
Wilson will begin his junior year at Kansas State University this fall, majoring in computer engineering. He has a 3.56 cumulative grade point average and is a member of Theta Xi fraternity. Wilson has launched and maintained technology-based businesses.
Feng Shui designing --- Jan Hutt has completed her certification in Feng Shui interior alignment with advanced training in space clearing and feng shui design. An interior decorator for more than 20 years, Hutt has partnered with Carpet One of Topeka, where she works as a full service designer in remodeling and new construction as well as commercial and residential redesign.
Hutt has been involved in ABWA, Sales and Marketing Executives, Jr. Achievement and the Topeka Chamber of Commerce.
Earlier this year, she was the winner of the Trading Spaces contest at the Topeka Home Builders Home show and has been a designer for the ERC Designer Show House.
M-C Industries hires one --- Tiffany Yearout has joined M-C Industries as an import purchasing assistant. She will assist the import purchasing agent with on-going projects, maintain and create spreadsheets, keep pertinent records, work with the freight forwarder to track shipments oversees and work with suppliers for quotes and inquiries.
She recently graduated from Washburn University with a bachelor's degree in communication and is a Topeka Civic Theatre and Academy volunteer.
