NEW/GROWING BUSINESSES

Jody Koerner has opened a private social work practice with Heartland Clinical Consultants, 5040 S.W. 28th, Suite D. Koerner is a licensed clinical social worker with more than 16 years of experience. Her practice includes treatment for depression, post traumatic stress disorder and anxiety, and relationship counseling, grief counseling and anger management. Koerner previously worked at Fort Riley with active duty soldiers and their families.

Tom Leising is reopening of his law office in Topeka. A 1979 graduate of Washburn Law School, Leising had practiced law in Topeka from 1980 to 2000. His practice emphasizes Social Security Disability appeals, Probate and Domestic law. He can be reached at 273-9222.
