Washburn Rural junior LaSharra Riley, who led the Junior Blues to a perfect 13-0 Centennial League record, has been named the league girls player of the year, while Rural coach Bill Annan was named the league's coach of the year.
Also earning all-league first-team honors were Hayden's Lindsay Biggs, Emporia's Sadie Webb and Nichole Naab and Junction City's Dani Hoover.
Three city players earned second-team all-league honors - Shawnee Heights' Taylor Floyd, Rural's Alexa Bordewick and Hayden's Aubree Luebbe - along with Manhattan's Christy Nelson and Junction City's Arienne Smith.
Topeka High freshman Jessica Blake was named the league newcomer of the year.
