Dave Fisher, chief operating officer, to senior executive vice president. Fisher joined FHLBank in 2006 as executive vice president. He has an MBA from the University of Michigan.
Steven Naylor, director of information technology, to first vice president. Naylor began his employment with FHLBank in March 2004. He has a bachelor's degree from Wichita State University.
Wil Osborn, director of banking strategies, to first vice president. Osborn started at FHLBank in May 2006 as director of product, pricing and profitability. He has a bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Westminster College.
Brian Dreher, software development manager, to vice president. Dreher joined FHLBank in June 1998. He has a bachelor's degree from Fort Hays State University.
David Harris, director of member services, to vice president. Harris joined FHLBank in June 2002. He has a bachelor's degree from Washburn University.
Michael Surface, director of market risk analysis, to vice president. Surface began his employment with FHLBank in January 1995. He has a bachelor's degree from Kansas State University.
Dave Davis, MPF account manager, to assistant vice president. Davis started at FHLBank in February. He has an MBA from Brigham Young University.
Kerry Hendrix, assistant portfolio manager, to assistant vice president. Hendrix joined FHLBank in November 1984.
Joleen Nuss, assistant controller -accounting operations, to assistant vice president. Nuss began her employment at FHLBank in August 2006. She holds an MBA from Washburn University.
Jeff Ogle, assistant liability manager, to assistant vice president. Ogle started at FHLBank in June 1999. He has a bachelor's degree from The University of Kansas.
Rob Quaney, assistant controller-financial reporting, to assistant vice president. Quaney joined FHLBank in June 2004. He has a bachelor's degree from Emporia State University.
Mark Ward, operations and community programs manager, to assistant vice president. Ward joined FHLBank in May 2002 as community programs manager. He has a master's degree from Kansas State University.
Josh Clark, Sarbanes Oxley compliance manager, to officer. Clark began his employment with FHLBank in January 2004. He has a bachelor's degree from Washburn University.
Doug Rinehart, director of credit risk analysis, to officer. Rinehart joined FHLBank in May 2007. He has an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
Ann Meier, to officer and member services strategist. Meier joined FHLBank in March 2002. She has a bachelor's degree in finance from Washburn University.
Amy Crouch, to SEC reporting and compliance manager. Crouch joined FHLBank in 2005. She has a bachelor's degree in accounting from Emporia State University.
Jenifer Whitehead, to profitability analyst. Whitehead joined FHLBank in April 2004. She has a bachelor's degree in economics.
Craig Heiland, market risk analyst, to senior market risk analyst. Heiland joined FHLBank in May 1999. He has a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance from Washburn University.
Michelle Rose, to financial services analyst II. She joined FHLBank in April 2005. She has a bachelor's degree from Washburn University.
Mike Classen, to senior collateral financial analyst. Classen started at FHLBank in May 2001. He has a bachelor of science in economics from Kansas State University.
Deb Myers, to auditor III. Myers began her employment with FHLBank in July 1998. She has a bachelor's degree from Fort Hays State University and has earned the designation of Certified Internal Auditor.
RETIREMENT
Jorge Nobo, professor in the philosophy department at Washburn University, will be the guest of honor at a phased retirement celebration from 3 to 5 p.m. Tuesday (May 6), Bradbury Thompson Alumni Center.
