Task force forum set

The Topeka Homeless Task Force is sponsoring a forum this afternoon to inform people of ways to meet utility bills in the coming winter months.
The meeting will take place from 3:30 to 5 p.m. on the first floor of the city's Holliday Building, 620 S.E. Madison. Organizers said the meeting, "Save Money on Your Utility Bills," will help people stay on top of their bills .
