The award was presented by James Vogel, Col. USMC Ret. and William Wean, Col. USMC Ret. We are very proud of our employees who are serving their country at this time and we fully support their military commitments, said Schraver. It is with great pleasure that we accept this award. It is truly an honor to be recognized by our country for having well- established employment policies regarding the military service of employees.

The National Committee for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve is an agency within the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Reserve Affairs. It was established in 1972 to promote cooperation and understanding between Reserve component members and their civilian employers and to assist in the resolution of conflicts arising from an employee's military commitment.
