NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this Cause is requesting that Order No. 131582 for the Hartshorne common source of supply, be amended so as to authorize and permit the Applicant or some other owner to drill an additional well to said common source of supply in Section 35, Township 3 North, Range 12 East, Pittsburg County, Oklahoma and to establish a proper allowable therefor.
