Maximino Pineda, Plaintiff, vs. Wanda Pineda, Defendant.

THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: Wanda Pineda.

Take notice that you have been sued in the above named court by the said plaintiff, maximino pineda, alleging that the parties hereto which has completely destroyed the legitimate aims of the marriage of the parties and rendered its continuation impossible by reason of which the plaintiff is entitled to a decree of divorce; and you must answer said petition on or before the 20th day of August, 1996, or said amended petition will be taken as true and a judgment will be rendered for said plaintiff granting him a decree of divorce and all property now in his possession.

I personally attest that I made diligent search and could not find the Defendant in any place known or available to me.
