Hetronic relocates to larger space

Hetronic USA is quadrupling its office space with a move to 9,300 square feet at 4300 Highline.

Romack Construction is completing a $35,000 renovation on the space for a Jan. 30 move-in.

Jerry Hocker and Karen Neighbors at Coldwell Banker Commercial/Hocker-Sullivan & Associates handled the transaction. The company is the North American headquarters of a German manufacturer of radio remote controls. Hetronic USA will move to the new location from 2,300 square feet in the Greenfield Office Park. The company has grown from two employees in 1994 to 13, and plans to add three more this year. More Coldwell Banker United Refrigeration has leased 20,000 square feet at 4608 N. Cooper Ave. The company has begun a build-out on the warehouse, located south of 50th Street between Santa Fe and Broadway Extension. Ron Greenfield at Citi Commercial, along with Hocker and Neighbors, handled the transaction. Jack Nashert has leased 4,300 square feet in the 5 Broadway Executive Park Building at NW 63rd and Broadway Extension for Nashert Constructors. Hocker and Neighbors handled the transaction. Wiggin Properties FHC has expanded its office to 5,000 square feet at Two Broadway Executive Park, 205 NW 63rd St. Tim Strange of Wiggin handled the lease for building owners, 1000 Highland. Randall Dekker has renewed a lease at 5100 Brookline. Steve Miller and Lesli Legget of Wiggin represented the building owners. Steve Mansell and Mark Engel have renewed a lease at 101 Park Ave. Debbie Whitacre of Wiggin handled the transaction for the building owners, 101 Park. Price Edwards New Horizons computer training center has leased 10,175 square feet in 50 Penn Place. Katie Reisen of CB Commercial Real Estate Services and Greg Downs of Price Edwards negotiated the deal. Caliber Learning Network has leased 3,910 square feet in 50 Penn Place. Tom Lange of CB Commercial Real Estate Services and Downs of Price Edwards negotiated the deal. Heritage Trust has leased 5,000 square feet in 50 Penn Place. Craig Tucker of Price Edwards negotiated the deal. Equity Realty Dobson Communications has leased 2,770 square feet at 2500 S. Broadway in Edmond for office space. Vivian Smith and Judy J. Hatfield handled the lease. Americo renewed a lease for 3,478 square feet at 2600 Van Buren, The Riverside Building in Norman. Hatfield was the leasing agent. For Children Only Salon & Boutique has leased 1,180 square feet at 210 Norman Center Court in Redbud Plaza. Karla Griffin was the leasing agent. Golden Eagle Golf & Country Club has leased 1,200 square feet at 230 Norman Center Court in Redbud Plaza. Plaza Financial has leased 1,007 square feet at 5105 N. Classen, The Circle Building. Smith was the leasing agent. Integris Health has renewed a lease for 2,564 square feet at 508 W. Vandament in Yukon in the Spring Creek Professional Building. Gayla Artman was the leasing agent.
