Pest control company buys industrial building

Fitzhugh's Termite and Pest Control has purchased a 9,200-square- foot industrial building at 3400 S. Purdue for $252,000 from Andy Noon. The building, which is on 1.27 acres, will be used for offices and storage by the company. Jim Karey of Harrison Levy Co. handled the sale.

Equine facility sold

Brett and Tammy Brinkman and Ronnie Magnon have purchased the 80- acre Timberlake Ranch at 8501 N. Indian Meridian in Jones for $200,000 from NationsBank. Karl Sinclair and Jim Rose of Harrison Levy handled the transaction.

Metro Glass acquires land

Metro Glass has purchased a 29,000-square-foot tract of commercial land at 7311 N. MacArthur Blvd. in Warr Acres for $275,000 from Jaeger Oklahoma Properties. The company has yet to announce plans for the property.

Louis Almaraz and Carl Archiniaco of Harrison Levy handled the sale.
