Ballengers pay $927,500 for industrial property

Charles W. and Patricia Ballenger have acquired industrial property at 3709 W. Reno Ave. in Oklahoma City for $927,500 from Jim Fox. Karen Neighbors of Coldwell Banker Commercial Hocker-Sullivan & Associates handled the sale. Barbara Chatman with American Guaranty Title conducted the closing.

Office building sold

George G. and Chindarat Shaw bought an office building at 800 NE 63rd St. in Oklahoma City for $319,000 from Jim and Paula K. Fox. Neil Worster of C&W Management negotiated the transaction. Jackie Hatton with American Guaranty Title closed the sale.

Storeys buy site

Randy A. and Pamela Storey purchased property at 5912 S. Harvey in Oklahoma City for $130,000 from M&M Ventures. Joan Hunter with Maxco handled the sale. Chatman conducted the closing.

Church adds tract

Willow Springs Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses bought approximately 5.9 acres of land at 6201 N. Mueller in Oklahoma City for $80,000 from Gilbert Leon Carlson. Don Willis with Genie Inc. Realtors handled the negotiations. Hatton closed the sale.

Knight buys property

Rick Knight has acquired property at 217-225 and 218-224 SW 24th St. in Oklahoma City for $50,000 from John G. and Deloras Frederick. Robert Hawks with Robert Hawks Auction and Real Estate negotiated the sale. Chatman handled the closing.
