ETC Inc., d.b.a. Checks Cashed, has leased 1,400 square feet at 909 NW 23rd St. in Oklahoma City. The company also has a location at SE 59th and Santa Fe, as well as nine locations in Tulsa. The firm performs check cashing, utility payments, loans and is an agent for Western Union. Lee Bollinger with Coldwell Banker Commercial Hocker- Sullivan and Associates handled the transaction.

American Financial Associates has leased a 3,712-square-foot building at 2837 N. May Ave. in Oklahoma City. The building will be used for a new franchise named LaCaffe. Chris Papasarantou of Coldwell Banker Commercial Hocker-Sullivan and Associates negotiated the lease.

Wiggin Properties

Wiggin Properties has negotiated four leases and one renewal totaling 45,998 square feet in Oklahoma.

Foundation Health Federal Services has leased 2,669 square feet at Central Park I, 525 Central Park Drive in Oklahoma City. Tim Strange of Wiggin Properties represented the tenant and Amy Dunn of Trammel Crow represented the landlord, Central Park LP.

Love on a Leash, an Edmond pet-grooming salon, has leased 1,450 square feet at Boulevard Square, 3431 S. Boulevard in Edmond. David Huffman handled the transaction.

K. David Roberts, attorney, has leased 1,801 square feet at the 101 Park Avenue Building in Oklahoma City. Debbie Whitacre represented the landlord, 101 Park LLC.

Fleming has expanded its offices by 36,838 square feet in Lake Park Tower, 6525 N. Meridian Ave. in Oklahoma City. Chuck Wiggin, president of Wiggin Properties, represented the tenant and Scott Weiczorch, vice president of Trammel Crow represented the landlord.

epartners, formerly TexSYS RD, has renewed it lease of 3,240 square feet in the Bank of America Center in Tulsa. Emily Rohleder negotiated the lease for the building's owner Bank Tower LP.

Equity Realty

Equity Realty has negotiated four new leases and one renewal totaling 9,001 square feet in Norman.

H.R Solutions has leased 471 square feet of office space in the JMC Building, 1215 Crossroads Blvd., Suites 120 and 121. Gayla Artman negotiated the lease.

Cellular Connections leased 1,000 square feet of retail space in the Merkle Creek Shopping Center, 2205 W. Main St. The firm will provide sales of cellular phones and accessories at this location. Artman handled the transaction.

Wesmoore Services International leased 960 square feet of office/ retail space at 229 N. I-35 Service Road, Suite 1. The space will be used for bone preparation for medical purposes. Eric C. Fleske negotiated the lease.

Resource Exploration and Development has leased 3,950 square feet of office space in the BancFirst Building, 333 12th Ave. SE. The company will provide resource exploration and development at this location. Fleske handled the negotiations.

Stage Door Theatrical Co. renewed its lease on 2,620 square feet of retail/office space at the Robinson Crossing Shopping Center, 1266- 1268 N. Interstate Drive. The company will perform Complete History of America production from this location. Fleske handled the renewal.

Trammell Crow has negotiated five new leases and five renewals in Oklahoma City.

Burkhart Dental Supply has leased 5,556 square feet at Will Rogers Service Center 3, 1301 Cornell Parkway. Barney Sinclair handled the negotiations.

Jack's Merchandising & Distribution leased 69,615 square feet at 5500 SW 36th St. Sinclair handled the transaction.

Access Communications has leased 3,441 square feet at Broadway Tech Center in the 7500 block of N. Broadway. Sinclair negotiated the lease.

Allied MedEquip leased 7,624 square feet at 900 Metropolitan. Sinclair handled the negotiations.

El Sombrero Restaurant has leased 2,979 square feet at the Springdale Shopping Center, NW 50th and Meridian. Mary Grace handled the transaction.

D&M Distribution Services renewed its lease and expanding to 48,750 square feet at the Oklahoma Distribution Center near SW 34th and Council Road. Sinclair negotiated the renewal.

Auburn Enterprises renewed its lease for 7,819 square feet at Greenfield Service Warehouse 1, 6600 NW 2nd St. Sinclair handled the renewal.

Louis Dreyfus Natural Gas renewed its lease for 25,600 square feet at 7501 N. Broadway. Sinclair handled the transaction.

Furr's Cafeteria renewed its lease for 10,000 square feet at the South Shields Shopping Center, Interstate 240 and Shields. Grace negotiated the renewal.

Kokomo Tan has renewed its lease for 2,063 square feet at Springdale Shopping Center. Grace negotiated the renewal.
