CD Warehouse stock dropped

Journal Record, The (Oklahoma City), Apr 11, 2001

OKLAHOMA CITY (JR) -- CD Warehouse was dropped Tuesday by Nasdaq.

The Oklahoma City-based company's common stock will be trading on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board under the symbol CDWI.

CD Warehouse received a Nasdaq staff determination letter in early March indicating that the company was not in compliance with the minimum bid price requirement for continued listing on the Nasdaq SmallCap Market and that its securities were subject to delisting. CD Warehouse filed an appeal to Nasdaq in hopes of retaining its listing on the exchange.

The company received notice after markets closed on Monday that the common stock was being delisted from Nasdaq effective Tuesday.

CD Warehouse franchises and operates retail music stores in 37 states, the District of Columbia, England, France, Guatemala, Canada and Venezuela under the names CD Warehouse, Disc Go Round, CD Exchange and Music Trader.
