OKC Major Land Transactions: June 8, 2001

BMF Investments has bought the Echo of Spain Apartments for $2.2 million from OKC Apartments. The 99-unit complex at 917 24th Ave. SW in Norman has 69,758 net rentable square feet. It was 99 percent occupied at the time of sale. Mike Buhl of Commercial Realty Resources handed the sale. Stillwater National Bank provided the financing. Betty Cummins of First American Title conducted the closing.

Lube site sold

RJM Lube has acquired Kwik Kar Lube & Tune, 12029 N. MacArthur Blvd. in Oklahoma City for $590,000 from The Donna Y. Cuddeback Revocable Trust. Jerry Hocker with Coldwell Banker Commercial Hocker- Sullivan and Associates negotiated the sale. Rockwell Bank provided the financing. Barbara Chatman of American Guaranty Title handled the closing.

Duers buy strip center

Darrell J. and Carla L. Duer bought a strip shopping center at 5825-5839 NW 50th St. in Warr Acres for $380,000 from S&G Investment. Lee Bollinger with Coldwell Banker Commercial Hocker- Sullivan and Associatess and Darrell Duer with Duer Realtors negotiated the transaction. Joey Snyder of First Fidelity Bank provided the financing. Chatman closed the sale.

Whinerys sell offices

Matthew E. Kelly of Insured Aircraft Title Service bought a 4,000- square-foot office building at 4848 SW 36th St. in Oklahoma City for $220,000 from A.L. and Dala Whinery and R. Don and Deborah Whinery. Hocker and Tim Wiggins of Wiggins Properties handled the transaction.

Retail site sold

Marie LLC bought a Dollar General Store building at 2700 S. Robinson Ave. in Oklahoma City for $155,000 from Steve and Stacy Ann Murry. Jonathan Russell of Banta Realty Advisors negotiated the sale. Linda Cable of Stewart Abstract and Title handled the closing.
