Equity Realty has negotiated five lease contracts totaling 7,957 square feet in Norman.
ISIM Lee and Associates leased 1,500 square feet of office/ warehouse space at 3557 National Drive. The firm provides janitorial services at this location. Gayla Artman handled the transaction.
R. Mark Guerkink CPA leased 2,082 square feet of office space in the Riverside Building, 2600 Van Buren. He will operate an accounting firm at this location. Artman negotiated the lease.
Nu-Sound Hearing Aid Laboratory renewed its lease for 1,500 square feet of retail/office space at the Robinson Crossing Shopping Center, 1334 N. Interstate Drive. Eric Fleske handled the negotiations.
The University of Oklahoma leased 1,000 square feet at 217 W. Boyd and 1,875 square feet at 761 Asp Ave. Both spaces will be used for administrative purposes. Fleske handled both transactions.

Harrison Levy Co. has negotiated two lease contracts totaling 4,357 square feet in Oklahoma City.
Access Medical Center leased 3,200 square feet in the Greenway Plaza Shopping Center, W. 199th Street and Western Avenue. The tenant will open a clinic at this location Oct. 1. Jim Rose handled the lease.
Health Systems leased 1,257 square feet at 5909 Northwest Expressway, Suite G. Vicki Knotts of Harrison Levy and Jonathan Russell of Banta Realty Advisors negotiated the transaction.
