Dynamo Gymnastics

Dynamo Gymnastics will anchor the recently completed first phase of Oak Leaf industrial development in Edmond. Lambrecht Construction has completed the development's first phase within Enterprise Business Park on Kelly Avenue, south of 15th Street.

Enterprise is Edmond's first Oklahoma certified industrial park, qualifying it to participate in the Oklahoma Small Business Linked Deposit Program, a loan incentive for qualified borrowers created to provide a lower interest rate on business loans.

The commercial office/warehouse has 13,500 square feet in its first phase. Dynamo, owned and operated by University of Oklahoma women's gymnastics head coach Steve Nunno, will occupy 9,000 square feet. Edmond-based Lambrecht Construction will occupy the remaining 4,500 square feet. Dynamo will move from its current location at Eighth Street and Kelly.

The matching of Oak Leaf and Dynamo Gymnastics is a win/win situation for everyone involved, said Larry Lambrecht, president of Lambrecht Construction. The property is positioned perfectly for the gym and provides the space and accommodations that Nunno needs for his gymnasts, as well as a cosmetically pleasing exterior we have come to expect in Edmond.

Nunno has 450 gymnasts from the metro area enrolled at Dynamo Gymnastics. He plans to open his new facility on Aug. 27 in time for the gym's 15th anniversary. Shannon Miller, Nunno's gymnastic student of 14 years, will attend the grand opening celebration to be held sometime after Labor Day.

Since its inception in 1982, Lambrecht Construction has completed more than $110 million in design and construction projects.
